DESIGN BUILD PROCESS 1. Preliminary Evaluation - Review the Owners Program. Evaluation of the site with regard to access, traffic, drainage, parking and building placement. 2. Schematic Design Documents - Conceptual drawings illustrating the Project's basic elements. 3. Preliminary Estimate - When sufficient Project information has been identified, we will prepare a detailed preliminary estimate. 4. Value Engineering - We will evaluate the Project and make recommendations to the Owner. 5.
